I got it on ModCloth. It’s called a ‘cabin bag’ and has a giant shoulder strap that can be adjusted to wear at your side or across your body.
It also set me back 73 bucks. I never spend more than fifteen bucks on a bag but this one is just awesome. And the reviews were universally good.
